According to the 2021 Ministerial Regulations, the earthquake-affected areas are designated as three areas affected by earthquake forces, respectively, in order of severity of the earthquake. Ministerial Regulations B.E. 2564 (2) Area 3 identifies buildings with a height of 10 meters or 3 storeys or more, and residential buildings that operate in accordance with the laws governing the allocation. This is a building with high volume construction today. The design of the building in accordance with such requirements. By designing buildings to resist earthquakes, construction costs have also increased. The study then analyzed rising construction prices with buildings designing earthquake-resistant structures. It is a reinforced concrete building. 2-3 floors construction in the Mae Ai, Chiangmai Thailand the acceleration was 0.2 seconds at 1.080g to be used as an analytical area for the cost of increased from the construction of buildings designing anti-earthquake building structures. Using a newly designed construction model. The analysis was conducted with equivalent static and linear dynamics according to the standard of DPT.1301/1302-61 using the area in Area 3 in accordance with ministerial regulations B.E. 2564 (2021). The static methodology and linear dynamics have increased structural construction costs by 10-15% compared to buildings that have not been designed and not reinforced to be tough according to the standards of DPT. 1301/1302-61.
