The Study of Efficiency affecting to Payment application. Case Study: MRT Blue Line Extension Project Contract 3, Taopun – Tha Pha Section

Abstract

The objective of this project is to studying efficiency which affect to payment application of MRT Blue Line Extension Project Contract 3, Taopun–Tha Pha Section by analyzing efficiency each payment and prevent guideline. This study uses questionnaire to collect the opinion data which affect totally 6 part such as 1.Man Power  2.Management  3.Money  4.Material  5.Machine  6.Method. The samplings are executive and operative totally 6 groups such as owner 4 people, consulting 4 people and contractor 16 people by dividing 4 part such as construction department, quantity surveyor department, quality assurance department and quality control department. The totally sampling are 24 people. The study shows that efficiency which affect to payment of project the first order is man power average 3.80, second order is management average 3.76, third order is material average 3.70, fourth order is method average 3.69, fifth order is money average 3.59 and the last order is machine average 2.69. This result can be guideline for developing the efficiency of payment application in the future project.
