Abstract

This research analyzed various marketing mix factors that were expected to affect the satisfaction of customers who play golf at the existing Rambhai Barni Golf Course and the golf driving range being built in 2023. 300 sets of questionnaires were used to collect data from the sample group and analyzing the data by using the SPSS package by estimating the mean percentage, standard deviation and t- test statistics. The data analysis results show that the marketing mix factor that affects the most the satisfaction of the golfers and the university personnel are the product factors ( ????̅ = 4.62) that include golf course design, golf car rental service and food and beverage at clubhouse and the factors of physical : evidence & presentation ( ????̅ = 4.26) that include beautiful shady golf course design, well ventilated surrounding and clean toilet and locker room. In addition, the survey result shows that the respondents were interested in using the prospect golf driving range and would like to have a restaurant, a pro shop, locker room, massage shop, coffee shop, and golf simulation swing clinic in the facilities of the golf driving range. They have the same opinion on having continuingly development of the golf course including a better food court.
