Abstract

The research on the evaluation of the factors in making the three-dimensional building information model to be used in the practice form for the craftsmen. Aims to study the evaluation of the three-dimensional building information model to be used in the practice form for skilled craftsmen. Conducted research by Surveying the factors of using 3D building information model to use in working practice in order to know the working demand of the craftsmen Sample in research Craftsmen with over 15 years of construction experience, research tools The questionnaire on the need for the building information model to be used in the operation model, the questionnaire on the satisfaction of the use of building information model for the operation model, Questionnaire for factors in using the building information model to be used in the operation model. And using the delphi method to analyze the results of the research shows that the craftsmen have the agreed needs to use the building information model to do the work because they clearly know the details of the work model. And can reduce more errors that will occur in the operation.
