Abstract


The disaster of the Xe-Pian dam caused a lot of damage to the surrounding area. ​​The saddle dam D, located in Sanamxai, Attapeu province, Laos. The researcher applied the program iRIC-Nays2DFlood to create a model that shows flow behavior boundary, area, depth and duration of flooding from the study. The calculation results were used to create flood maps and flood risk maps. As well as, suggesting preventive measures and preparing for future incidents.
