Factors affecting road construction management of local government organizations

Abstract

This research studies factors affecting road construction management of local administrative organizations.  The research focuses on comments from governing personnel of 10 municipalities in Chonburi province.  The study investigates  problems in 3 parts, including time, cost, and quality.   Questionnaires are utilized as a research tool.  The obtained raw data are analyzed with statistics, i.e. percentages and mean values.  After that, they are prioritized with Severity Index (S.I.) to select important problematic factors.
