This article presents the application of Building Information Modeling for water resource management. BIM is a process that integrates work at various stages of design and construction, including interior building systems, with the goal of reducing steps, complexity, conflicts, and problems caused by incorrect data and the management of building resources. Consideration of the adequacy of the pipe size within the building in relation to the usage volume is importance in reducing the water and material costs of the project. This research aims to study compare the cost of materials used and the actual cost of using water resources within the building, which results in accurate material quantities and costs for planning the appropriate use of water resources within the building.
