Road safety has been discussed in international and global forums continuously and has been one of the key issues in Thailand for a long time. The 20-year National Strategic Framework (2018-2037) was announced with one challenging criterion: the number of deaths must be reduced to 12 deaths per 100,000 populations this decade (by 2017) under the latest state of road safety in Thailand. It was found that road accident statistics tend to decrease continuously. The average decreases by about 0.5-2 percent each year. In the year 2021, there were 16,957 deaths (25.9 deaths per 100,000 populations), but what we set must be less than 8,478 people, which means that it must decrease from the present more than 50% ever. The research team has studied the problems both in terms of road traffic structure and analysis in one unit of travel to take lessons point out the risk by using data from the Department of Rural Roads' in-depth investigation of more than 1,500 accidents, filter out the first 10 problems. Then presented in the form of video and online media more than that proposed modern road safety operational procedures within the context of Thailand as well as analyzing and recommending road accident prevention methods among motorcyclists.
