And to find solutions to problems and obstacles. In Rajamangala University of Technology Isan The data were collected from 3 representatives in the control group. Employee Inspectorate and construction contractors. The samples used in this research were the administrators, employees, or those who worked on the construction of buildings at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan.
