A Study of Factors Affecting Housing Choice in Mueang District Nakhonphanom Province The objectives of this study entitled Factors Affecting Housing Choice in Mueang District Nakhonphanom Province are to study demographic factors and marketing mix factors (7Ps) that influence the buying of housing in Muang District Nakhon Phanom Province and to suggest the guidelines for entrepreneurs in real factors that affect the decision of consumers and could be used for devising strategies to create an advantage in the competition, the sample group is consumers who do not have a housing in Muang District Nakhon Phanom Province, 200
people ,the results of this study indicated that most of the respondents are female, age between 20-30 years old, working in government service / state enterprise employees. average income per month 10,000-20,000 baht, graduated with a bachelor's degree, single status, have 1-2 family members, wants to buy a single home, land size 50-75 square wa, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 parking, pricing from 1,000,001 -2,000,000 baht. is to live by themselves, the influencer in buying are the respondents themselves, installments with the bank, for the data source of the housing project comes from the online (Website/Facebook/line), for the main
factor of choosing a housing was from close to the workplace and uses 3 projects to compare to buy a housing. most of them wanted to buy a housing for a period of more than 1 year, from the logistic regression analysis, it was found that the factor that affects the decision to buy a house in Muang District. Nakhon Phanom Province is the product.
