Guidelines for the Development of Transparent Support Systems in Public Sector Construction

Thailand still has problems with transparency in government construction. At present, the government has a policy to push for transparency in the ongoing construction of the public sector. This research aims to: 1. Study the concept of transparency in public sector construction work in Thailand 2. Study the concept of data disclosure and disclosure level of Thailand compare with transparency support systems to successful public sector construction in the other countries 3. Introduce a system development approach or toolkit to support the transparent work data in government construction. There were 66 research questionnaires in government construction employment. To study the systems or tools that have been successful in supporting transparent work in public sector construction. The study found that South Korea’s emphasis is placed on the legal system and the clearing authority to regulate transparent work at each stage of government construction. A central system program controls each step. United Kingdom’s emphasis is on direct disclosure of construction data and public and private sector participation in public construction work. The problem of working support systems that make it inconceivable to work in Thailand is: 1. Law enforcement issues. 2.
Public access to information related to public sector construction is difficult. 3. Lack of support system to record data in a transparent display. The guideline for improving and developing a system that promotes transparency is: 1. Serious law enforcement. 2. It should develop a support system for recording data that is transparent and accessible to the public.
