A study of project cost of high rise condominium in Bangkok area

Abstract

The construction of a high-rise condominium project in the inner Bangkok area has actual costs that are not in line with the budget. Due to various unforeseen factors such as complaints from neighboring houses difficult construction design Workers infected with COVID-19 Therefore, this study focuses on the actual costs incurred. To be analyzed for a guideline for decision-making to reduce the cost of negotiating the bidding price in each job category appropriately In this study, the cost estimation by parameter method was studied. which will design parameters based on the actual cost of the completed project and take the designed
parameters to test the construction cost estimate with the completed project and compare the experimental results to draw conclusions to determine the most suitable parameter model. In this study, it was found that there are 7 parameters that can be used to estimate the construction cost that are close to the actual cost.
