Abstract

Water transportation is one of the alternative ways of traveling for people in a city and tends to increasingly be used in the future due to this traveling option can avoid traffic congestion.  The study of capacity and quality of service of the transit station in Bangkok: A case study of passenger ports in Chao Phraya River aims to find ways to improve passenger quays to support future needs. Two books will be used as criteria and guidelines in this study. There are TCRP Report 165-TCQSM 3rd Edition and TCRP Report 47-A Handbook for Measuring Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality.
