The Study of Construction Project Delays Caused by Financial Management

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors affecting delays in construction projects due to financial management issues by contractors. The respondents included project owners, consultants, designers, and contractors. The research tool used for data collection was a questionnaire distributed to those involved in the relevant construction projects. Statistical data analysis was conducted using SPSS software. The research results found that The Study of Construction Project Delays Caused by The Contractor's Financial Management include : the contractors cost estimated mistake of construction project, the price of materials has increased, and deficiencies in planner cash flow for the advance project. The benefits of this research provide recommendations as a guideline for solution construction delays for project owners, consultants, contractors, and those involved in projects. for continued use in the future
